This is an employed position with a potential compensation of $600,000-$700,000 after the first year.
There is no buy-in required, and ancillary profits are available through the Renal Stone Center and Naples
Day Surgery.
There are 3 urologists in the practice already, and call is once every 2 weeks for the ER. The office
midlevels, two Physician's Assistants and one Nurse Practitioner, take all first calls.
The practice offers access to a Da Vinci robot, as well as full malpractice insurance covered by the
employer. It also comes with 3 weeks vacation to start, so you have time to enjoy your new home, as
well as 1 week of CME.
This position is a gem.
